Beauty by Hania is an exclusive beauty studio open by appointment only.  Clients are kindly requested to familiarize themselves with the following policies.  Please contact me directly if you have any questions or concerns.

 

• ILLNESS/COVID-19: In the event you feel ill or may have been exposed to someone else who is ill, I encourage you to reschedule your appointment.  Due to the continuing prevalence of severe viruses, all rescheduling fees will be waived if you need to cancel due to illness. Last minute cancellations are encouraged to text 202-856-5480

   

• LATENESS: 
  I have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals.  Exceptions will not be made for anyone arriving late due to traffic.  Late arrivals will be cancelled and deposits may be forfeited.  An additional deposit of $100 will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment.

   

• CANCELLATIONS: 
  Failure to complete medical consent forms and pay deposits within 24 hours of booking may result in cancellation.  Deposits on Powder Brows are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours.  If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will forfeit your Powder Brows deposit.  Additional deposits will be required to schedule a new appointment.

• RESCHEDULING:

  You may reschedule your appointment by logging in to your account (or creating an account and logging in) on my website and managing your booking. Please provide 3 days (or more) notice when rescheduling your appointment. If you have any questions, please contact me at: info@beautybyhania.com.

• NO GUESTS PLEASE:
  Due to the nature of my detailed services, I kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. I do not allow friends, hubbies, children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio.  There are coffee shops and restaurants nearby, if your guest(s) would like to wait close by for you to complete your appointment.

• DEPOSITS: 
  A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all Powder Brows appointments.  Deposits will be charged to the credit card you provided to Wix upon booking your online reservation, and are deducted from the total cost of your initial session. The remaining balance will be charged upon completion of your initial service. I accept credit cards, Venmo and cash.

• FUTURE TOUCH-UPS & ENHANCEMENT SESSIONS FOR RETURN CLIENTS:
  If you are a returning client and you need to schedule a touch-up appointment, please click HERE to book online.

   

• WAITLIST:
  I rarely have cancellations or rescheduled appointments, however please email (info@beautybyhania.com) if you would like to be added to the waitlist.

   

• EXISTING PERMANENT MAKEUP TATTOOS: I'm extremely selective when agreeing to work over existing tattoos.  If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, I ask that you please email me clear photos of your brows (info@beautybyhania.com) and wait for me to respond BEFORE booking an appointment. In addition to the photos in your email, please include the date of your last brow tattoo, how many sessions you received, and the business where your service was performed.

• IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENTS: 
  Powder Brows and all permanent cosmetics require multiple appointments to achieve the desired results. Healed results will vary with each client and results are not guaranteed.  In rare cases, an additional session (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain the optimal result. Although I will do my best to meet client expectations, many factors beyond my control can result in a sub-optimal outcome. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre & Post Care Instructions! These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results. 

   

• RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: Beauty by Hania reserves the right to refuse service and training to anyone at my discretion.
